Bugwere Cultural head “Ikumbania” Chrisestome Weyabire has passed on. The cultural leader is believed to have succumbed to Covid-19.
Ikumbania has been battling Covid-19 for over a week in an isolation center in Entebbe.
Ikumbania becomes the 3rd cultural leader to succumb to the disease in a month. Others include Umukuka Bob Mushikori of Bugisu who died on January 4th, followed by Kingo of Sebei on 19th of the same month
Ikumbania Chrisestome Weyabire has been at the helm of the Bugwere leadership since 2015.
