Artist Evelyn Lagu real names Nakabila Evelyn is in need of 250million Ugandan shilling for a kidney transplant.
Evelyn Lagu has been in and out of the woods since 2019 without any notable improvement until 2020 when the media requested the government to help her out with treatment because her hospital bills were through the roof.
The government through Balaam Barugahale helped Evelyn Lagu and got her admitted to Nakasero Hospital for treatment on the government bill.
Last evening Evelyn took to her social media to request Ugandans to help her raise 250million Ugandan Shillings for a kidney transplant.
She also had an interview with NBS Uncut show and she said,
“I need 250million Ugandan shilling to have a kidney transplant. I have got a friend who will help me donate her kidney to me but I don’t have money for the operation.”
