The Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson has warned those planning to stage concerts on Sunday that they will be imprisoned.
Sunday 14th February being a Valentine’s day so many people have been running adverts calling people to come and attend concerts.
Through an interview with spark TV live wire Patrick Oyango has warned that staging concerts is illegal as the president of Ugandan HE president Kaguta Museveni has yet not allowed concerts to take place because of Covid- 19 .
“Staging concerts is illegal. The government has not allowed the concerts and bars to operate. So once we find you in any concert we shall arrest you.” Oyango stated.
According to Onyango, concerts are a danger and Amy lead to quick spread of Covid19 and no one has been permitted the concerts to operate.
