Makerere University Vice Chancellor, Prof Barnabas Nawangwe has been appointed to the executive committee of the council of the Association of Commonwealth Universities.
The Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) is an international organisation dedicated to building a better world through higher education.
The ACU has over 500 member universities in 50 countries across the Commonwealth. 66% of our members are in low and middle income countries, and 5% are in small states.
The Makerere University professor vowed to endeavor to promote inter-university collaboration in research and training for the betterment of humanity.
