Kira Municipality Member of Parliament Hon Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda has expressed disgust and discontentment with the way politicians have monetarized Ugandan politics.
“I haven’t given money to anyone, I haven’t received any money but I have heard that some people are giving out money. Money in Ugandan politics has become a culture.”

While talking to NBS Television this morning, the opposition chief whip denied giving or receiving any money as he continues with his endeavours in pursuit of the office of Speaker in the 11th Parliament.
He however, confesses that money in Ugandan politics has become a culture and he has heard others giving and receiving it for various reasons.
