Segirinya’s health condition improves as swearing in of MPS draws closer

Kawempe North Member of Parliament elect Hon Segirinya Muhammed’s health condition is improving steadily as swearing in of new MPS comes in sharp focus.

Mr. Updates has been on the sick bed since last month following weeks of incarceration in Kitalya prison where he was taken after he was arrested demonstrating along Buganda road.

During his time in prison, Segirinya was dragged to court by opponent Bindadali who accused him of using fake academic documents to contest as MP. The matter is said to have made Segirinya pretend to be sick so that he buys time in order to swear in.

Segirinya who was taken to Nairobi Kenya for treatment said he has legitimate academic documents but he was a victim of poisoning from his opponents.

Hon. Kato Lubwama whose words are almost getting to reality said by the time of MPS swearing in, Segirinya will be okay and will swear in.

“I am assuring you Segirinya is not sick but just buying time because he knows he doesn’t have academic documents. You wait, by the time of swearing in Segirinya will be okay and he will come to be sworn in” Kato Lubwama said in one of his interviews with NBS.

Yesterday Mr. Updates posted his photos off the sick bed, moving around painting a picture of road to recovery.

Swearing in of MPS will be on Monday 17th May 2021 and eyes will be on Segirinya.
We will to keep you updated.
