Hon. Munyagwa requests president Museveni to close schools, public transport and churches

Former Kawempe South Member of Parliament Hon Munyagwa Mubarak has asked President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni impose closure of schools, public transport and churches due to the new covid19 variant.

He made this statement during a political show on NBS Television.

Despite being from the opposition political party, Munyagwa said he has come to an agreement with President Museveni about the severity of Covid-19 because the rate at which causlities are dying today is alarming.

He said he thought covid19 was political thing but he now attests that its real and Museveni needs to take action like he did last year.

“I am requesting president Museveni to close schools, public transport and churches because Covid19 is real. Our children are going to die from schools. At first I thought covid19 was political but now I know its their and it kills.” Hon Mubarak said.

Covid19 hit the world in 2020 March and it has ravaged the entire world.
Munyagwa called on all Ugandans to put on masks and observe all the SOPs plus President Museveni taking action like he did in the beginning.
