Spice Diana not ready to leave music for farming

Musician Namukwaya Hajjara known by her stage name Spice Diana has revealed that she is not ready to leave music for farming.

This came after Uganda experienced another Covid19 lockdown on top of one and half years the entertainment industry has been locked down since 2020 March.

Musicians had hopes that maybe covid19 will reduce and President Museveni finally opens them up for stage performance but they lost hope when another wave of covid19 hit and Uganda again locked down.

Events promoter Balaam Barugahara advised the entertainment industry to venture into farming and raring animals because they might be under lock down up to year 2023.

Spice Diana appearing on NBS After5 said is not ready to leave music for farming and she will continue releasing music because the hopes of opening the entertainment industry are very high.

“I am not ready to leave music for farming. I will continue releasing music and I know President Museveni will open up the entertainment industry very soon as he opens up other sectors.” Spice Diana said.

The songstress said that those who are telling them to venture in farming are just jealousy people who want them to lose hope and stop President on pressure to open up the industry.

She said she will not give up on her career just of lock down because she came from far to get where she is right now.

‘32’ hit maker is one of the artist that has kept releasing music every months because most of the artists stepped aside and said they will not release until they open them up.
