NBS Presenter Edwin Katamba commonly known as MC Kats has revealed that all his children and ex girlfriends are HIV negative.
He made this statement during his Facebook live interview.
According to MC Kats, Ugandans have a mentality of stigmatizing those that are HIV positive and people close to them not knowing it disturbs them mentally yet they are have problem.
“All my children and ex girlfriends are HIV positive but its very sad that they are stigmatized for just being close to me. This thing disturbs them mentally but people don’t know.” Kats said.
King of the Mic disclosed his HIV status in 2019 something that left Ugandans wondering while he did that.
MC Kats said it was his choice to disclose his status and no one forced him to do so but it was unfortunate that he didn’t know it will explode and people around him will get affected.
Kats said he is happy that there are some people who showed him a true heart and stood by his side in those hard times and are still holding his back.
