The changes were made through social media on Rt Hon Prime Minister Hon Robina Nabbanja’s official account.

“H.E The President will address the Nation on #COVID19 this Friday July 30, 2021 at 08:00pm .
In the meantime, stay calm and continue observing SOPs and other Presidential directives. @OPMUganda @MinofHealthUG @KagutaMuseveni @Parliament_Ug @ubctvuganda”

President Museveni’s address is coming at the end of the 42days lockdown that were put to curb the second wave of Covid19 in the last months of June.

We shall keep you updated incase of any changes.

According to Hon Robina Nabanja, if President Museveni chooses to address the nation on Saturday, Ugandans should keep calm as everything will be still locked and SOPS observed.
