Kasuku Reveals How He Was Suspended From School

Motor mouthed Dembe FM radio presenter Isaac Katende appeared on Spark TV’s Mwasuze Mutya program to reveal his life journey.

The presenter went ahead to narrate how he was at one time supended from school for escaping.

Kasuku said that he was at Standard High School Zzana where he had made it a habit for himself to escape from school whenever he wished.

This was because of the too much freedom there adding that he was in the same class as Bobi Wine’s brother Mikie Wine.

He also told of how he grew up with his grandmother after his mother passed away.

“I was raised by my grandmother after my mother passed away. I was suspended in senior six while at Standard High for escaping from school because there was a lot of freedom. Mickey Wine and I were actually in the same class.” Kasuku told.

He also told of how he got the nickname Kuku Wazabanga.

Kasuku said that he adopted the name from the former president of Zaire present day DR Congo Mobutu Sese Seko whom he admired a lot.

He also talked about his journey in journalism where he had his camera broken at one time point by popular actor and playwright John Ssegawa.

This was after Ssegawa discovered that Kasuku was constantly writing about him while at Red Pepper.
