Uganda Police has come out to distance itself from being the ones holding embattled NUP propagandist Fred Lumbuye.
Ever since Lumbuye was allegedly arrested in Turkey, no one up to today knows his whereabouts.
The minister of state, Foreign Affairs Okello Oryem came out recently to assure that the government had arrested Lumbuye and he would soon be deported into the country.
He was expected to arrive on Saturday morning but the journalists and supporters who camped at Entebbe airport saw nothing.
However theories have been numerous with some saying he’s already in the country being made to sweat plasma.
Oo the other hand, Kawempe north mp Muhammad Ssegirinya said that Lumbuye had been evacuated safely from Turkey to Netherlands where he was given asylum.
The police spokesperson Fred Enanga that journalists should stop questioning Police Lumbuye’s whereabouts because they also don’t know.
However when he’s got, they will charge him on 15 counts and the charges have already been sorted.
