Deputy IGP Paul Lokech would have stayed to see Bobi Wine take over power – Ssegirinya

Kawempe North Member of Parliament Hon Ssegirinya Muhammad has come out to say Deputy Inspector of General Police would have stayed alive to see NUP president Bobi Wine take over power.

He said this after AIGP Asan Kasingye confirmed his death this early morning.

According to Ssegirinya, NUP is very saddened by the sudden death of Deputy IGP Paul Lokech because they needed him to be alive to see miracles happen in Uganda.

He said this during a live Facebook video.

“As NUP we are saddened by the sudden death of Deputy IGP Paul Lokech because we needed him to stay alive and witness Bobi Wine take over power as the President of Uganda. May his Soul rest in peace.” Ssegirinya said.

He went ahead and continued to ask the release of Fred Lumbuye saying if he was not in prison he would have informed the public earlier about this sudden death.

He said Fred Lumbuye was very important to the public in giving information.
