Raga Dee insists money to still stage online concerts is needed

Singer Kazibwe Daniel commonly known as Raga Dee has insisted that they still need money to stage online concerts.

He said so during an interview with NBS Television.

Raga Dee said all this during an interview with NBS Television after leaving Parliament in request of the 7.7 billion shillings for online concerts.

Raga Dee said government should know that music is now a business that contributes to Uganda’s economy so government should invest in the business as much as they can.

“I would like to inform everyone that Music is also a business like other businesses, government should start to think about it because it contributes a lot to the economy.”- Ragga Dee.

Raga Dee said Gravity is right to say they open up the industry and let musicians work but still before they open them up they need to be doing online concerts that probably will be paying them.

Raga Dee called on all artists to be united so that they achieve everything as one like other sectors.
