Kawempe North Member of Parliament Ssegirinya Muhammad has been granted bail after three months of prison.
This was confirmed by his lawyer and Kampala Woman Member of Parliament Shamim Malende.
“Thank you GOD, Hon Ssegirinya Muhammad has been granted bail by Her Worship Doreen Karungi at Buganda Road Court on charges of inciting violence.As his lawyers, we are pushing for his complete freedom by pursuing a review/appeal in other files in Masaka Highcourt where bail was denied. “
Hon Ssegirinya was arrested with Him Allan Ssewanyana for inciting violence and leading to the Killings of Masaka people in the month of August.
