MC Kats on the other hand who won the Lifetime Achievement Award dedicated it to those who have showed him love along the way of his career in the media.
Singer Naava Grey who won the the Teen Cultural Icon was also full of praise for those who voted for her.
NBS news anchor Canary Mugume having been a regular of the awards in his teenage years was also invited as a special guest.
Canary made it to the event with his wife Sasha Ferguson with whom he used to frequent the event.
