Yesterday was the D-day that the first Ugandan film ‘The Girl In The Yellow Jumper’ made its debut premier on Netflix
And what a reception it received from the viewers across the globe.
Produced by the young Loukman Ali, the film centers on a man who is dragged and taken hostage as he watches TV.
He however manages to escape and comes back with quite a tale to tell.
Many who have watched the movie have been praising it for it’s plot that kept them hooked onto the next scene.
One of the stars in the movie, singer Maurice Kirya was all excited as he couldn’t contain his joy.
All the views about this movie have been positive signaling that Uganda and the film industry have great potential when given the necessary support.
It’s not the first time that Loukman is producing such a great film.
16 rounds is another one that he has produced in the past which has kept viewers entertained.
