Uganda Police issues new guidelines ahead of New Year’s celebrations

The Uganda Police has come out to issue New guidelines to all those planning to end the year in partying mood.

It cautioned people not to end up being guests at one of their stations but in case they do, there is a fat menu for them to choose from what they would like to be served.

Reckless drunk drivers, those violating curfew, and other eligible violators were cautioned.

But in case you do break the rules, the force said that there will be stage performances from their cell guards.

The situation is expected to be tense since the president is expected to address the country today.

Museveni will deliver the end of year nation address which is much anticipated by citizens as they expect him to shed light on the full reopening of the economy.

Others who were cautioned are Ugandans who have made it a habit to cross to Tanzania for concerts.
