Moze Radio at 37: Celebrating the Legacy

Today 25th January would have seen the late singer Moses Ssekibogo aka Moze Radio make 37 years.

He however sadly passed away a week shortly after celebrating his 33rd birthday which he also celebrated while having already sustained the injuries that would later on cost his life.

The Neera singer sustained these injuries after a bar brawl in Entebbe and later on passed away on the 1st of February 2018.

Weasel Manizo, Radio’s surviving music partner took to the group’s social media pages to post a birthday message to his former singing partner.

“To the Brightest star up there, we honor and celebrate your legacy on your birthday tonight RADIOLOGY. Happy birthday in heaven

Moses made us cry, laugh, love and dance at the same time. The Genius who sang his own tribute songs in advance . And now he’s singing with the angels. Angel music, rest in peace MarkSuudi,” Weasel wrote.

Different media stations continue playing the late singer’s songs as this week was baptized the RADIO WEEK.

His music is always played and his legacy celebrated at such a time of every year.

A number of musicians and fans also continue to send in their eulogies for the late music maestro.

Radio’s death is one that hurt many Ugandans and even after close to 4 years, the void left by him has never been filled.

May his soul continue resting in eternal glory
