UMA election dates extended to June

Uganda Musicians Association ( UMA) has extended their voting for new leaders dates to early June 2022.

Earlier it was announced that elections are going to take place on the 23rd and 24th of May but after some artists complaining dates were pushed forward.

The new dates for voting which is 6th June were announced over the weekend as the debates took place by Douglas Lwanga.

This is the first time artists country wide are having a chance to vote the leader they want ever since UMA was created in 2016.
