Sad news as radio legend Alex Ndawula dies

News has emerged how renowned radio personality Alex Ndawula has died. He is said to have passed on from Nsambya Hospital.

The cause of his death is unknown although organ failure has been cited as the major cause by some sources.

Alex rose to stardom in the 90’s while working on 91.3 Capital FM having joined the station in 1995. He ascended to the top ranks of radio business soon.

Alex used to host the Morning Breakfast show as well as the Capital Dance Force plus the Overdrive. He made a name for himself and up to this day has been one of the most referenced names especially in radio entertainment programs.

Its fair to say that Alex inspired a number of generations throughout his 20 years on active radio. No wonder a lot of people have poured onto social media to pay tribute to him.

One of those was Capital FM’s AM-PM presenter Flavia Tumusime who said that Alex taught her alot.

Musicians as well as other media personalities have also paid tribute to the fallen DJ/radio presenter.
