Musicians Azawi and Pia Pounds might be signed to different music labels, but they are close friends.
Pia Pounds says she spends a lot of time with Azawi more than anyone else in the music business.
“We became friends when she was still writing music. She used to visit manager Kuseim a lot and we bonded. We vibe a lot now. We spend much time in the studio together,” she explains her relationship with Azawi.
She describes Azawi as a cool person to be with.
Although she says, they are tight friends, they have no song together.
