Ykee Benda to Invest More into events than in Artistes with Mpaka Records after Dre Cali disappointment

When musician Dre Cali quit Mpaka Records without proper announcement, the label was left with a vacuum. But it seems Ykee Benda is slowly coming to terms with it.
His overall strategy for the label has now changed.

In a new interview, Ykee Benda indicated the label is now preparing to go big in events management instead of investing in musicians who require chasing around.

Ykee Benda says he has no artiste signed to the label and this could go on for some time.

Currently, Mpaka Records does marketing.
