Comedian John Mbuuse popularly known as Kapere has hailed his wife Lydia Nabirye for loving him despite his physical appearance.
He confirmed the development while appearing on Sanyuka TV on Thursday morning.
“I thank my wife for loving me despite my physical appearance. I told my wife that I am not that person who has a lot of money. No woman can be part of my life just like my wife. She is one in a million and I really love her. ” Said Kapere.
Kapere also attacked the parents who abandon their children for their physical appearances
“What hurts me most is that our biological fathers don’t love us. Once someone gives birth to a disabled child, they tend to say that in our family we don’t give birth to such. My grandma told me that I resemble my mother. What I know is that my father did not like my mother because she gave birth to me and in my family no one looks like me.” Said Kapere
Kapere and Nabirye have been together for some good years and the two tied the knot during the 77Dogs wedding at Pastor Robert Kayanja’s church in 2017.
Kapere also visited Nabirye’s parents in 2015.
