Singer Angela Katatumba is over the moon after she won a court case against businessman Mr Mukesh Shukula of Shumuk businesses.

The Katatumba franchise under the singer’s late father Bonny Katatumba has been battling with Shumuk for over a decade over a number of properties now.

The family however has been recovering some of these properties from Shumuk that he allegedly fraudulently acquired and these include Hotel Diplomate in Muyenga and Katatumba Banda Island which had been transferred to Shumuk’s business empire.

Another is a prime building in the Kampala city center.

Yesterday after winning one of these cases and consequently a property, Katatumba said that she’s also coming for more of her late father’s properties that Shumuk still has.

She then dedicated to him newly released song ‘Mufere’ to Shumuk.

Angela added that she also has a song titled ‘I don’t cook’ because she’s a proud Nakyeyombekedde.

“I want to dedicate my Mufere song to Shumuk. He’s a real Mufere but he couldn’t outsmart me and I have recovered my father’s properties today from court from him. But I want to tell him that its just the start, I’m coming for others that he still possesses. I also released a new song titled ‘I don’t cook’ and I mean it ,I don’t. I’m a proud Nakyeyombekedde.”
