VIDEO: Language barrier as Mickie Wine and DJ fail to communicate

There was commotion at a recent concert where singer Mickie Wine performed.

The Sulubada high school headmaster failed to communicate properly with the DJ.

Mickie Wine spoke in Jamaican patois telling the DJ to hold on playing the music.

‘Wolap wolap,” he was heard telling the DJ but poor guy didn’t understand what was being told to him.

He kept on playing the music to which Mickie intercepted him.

The younger brother to Bobi Wine instructed the DJ and proceeded to teach him some Jamaican patois.

He said that by that, he was meaning he should hold on.

This was to the amusement of revellers who joked that the DJ jad failed to understand the assignment but there is no way you could blame him because patois is a very complex language.
