Kenyan comedian Eric Omondi posted in NUP missing people

Ugandans on social media are in shock after images of Kenyan comedian Eric Omondi appeared amongst the missing NUP supporters.

While demanding justice for their detained, kidnapped and murdered supporters yesterday at the party headquarters in Kamwokya, NUP supporters carried posters having photos of some of these.

One of the photos however surprisingly belonged to Kenyan popular comedian, Eric Omondi.

This photo was attached to a one Kirya Peter.

Kirya is said to have been a head teacher in Masindi district.

Prior to the 2021 General elections, he blocked the DISO from pinning President Museveni’s posters on the school buildings.

He told the DISO that the school doesn’t partake in partisan politics.

This DISO told Kirya that he would face the consequences of his actions soon.

It didn’t take long and a UPDF Cabin truck is said to have picked him up on the 12th of February 2021.

He was last seen in Lwakalolo, Rakai district and since then his whereabouts are known.

However, what is bizarre is why NUP couldn’t attach his exact image and instead went for Omondi’s.
