Former Vice President Prof Gilbert Bukenya has finally oped up about allegations that he sexually harasseds musician Sheebah Karungi.
Acouple of months ago the singer alleged how she was sexually harassed while taking a nap in her car as she awaiurted a performance.
Sheebah didn’t exactly tell who fingered her but she gave a hint that it was a top government official.
Some of the names that were raised by social media users included that ofb the first son, Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, senior journalistAndrew Mwenda and Bukenya himself.
Muhoozi and Mwenda came out and distanced themselves from this saga while Bukenya didn’t.
While talking about it, Bukenya called it a minor issue which didn’t need media attention and besides Ugandans because of their idleness blew it out of proportion.
This saga eventually went back where it belonged, out of the public because it was just nonsensical.
“Ugandans are so idle and lack what to do. That was such a minor issue that didn’t even require attention. They however gave it relevance and blew it out of proportion. But luckily it cooled down and went no where,” said Bukenya.
