AIM Global Uganda Reaffirms Commitment to Transparency and Ethical Business Practices

AIM Global Uganda has moved to address recent rumors and media reports concerning its operations, reaffirming its commitment to transparency, consumer empowerment, and compliance with national and international business standards.

Speaking at a press conference in Kampala on Monday, Legal Adviser Silicon Advocates,  Samuel Kakande, speaking on behalf of AIM Global Uganda, emphasized that the company remains dedicated to ethical business practices and regulatory compliance while continuing to provide quality health and wellness products to Ugandans.

Kakande described AIM Global as a globally recognized health and wellness distribution company whose mission is to improve lives through premium health products and sustainable entrepreneurial opportunities.

“AIM Global’s business model is designed to empower ordinary individuals through product distribution and global networking opportunities,” he said. “The company operates with a clear corporate mission and remains committed to transparency and ethical conduct in all its activities.”

Addressing concerns raised in recent reports, Kakande clarified that the company’s direct-sales model is based on the sale and distribution of products rather than recruitment fees.

“Income within AIM Global is generated through retail sales and the expansion of a product distribution network. It is not based on recruitment fees,” he explained. “We regularly conduct leadership and capacity-building seminars to equip individuals with entrepreneurial skills and financial literacy, not to promote get-rich-quick schemes.”

The company also distanced itself from individuals who may misrepresent its business opportunity by making unrealistic promises of wealth.

“AIM Global strongly condemns any person who falsely promises overnight riches or guaranteed financial success. Such claims are contrary to our core values and company policies,” Kakande stated.

He noted that compensation earned by distributors is derived solely from lawful product sales and legitimate business activities conducted in accordance with company procedures. The company neither authorizes nor supports any representation that guarantees wealth or unrealistic financial returns.

To strengthen accountability, AIM Global announced a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent, deceptive, and unethical conduct. According to Kakande, distributors or representatives found violating company policies or applicable laws will face disciplinary action, including suspension, termination of distributorship rights, and possible referral to law enforcement agencies.

In a further effort to enhance transparency, the company revealed that it has launched an independent audit of its operations. The audit is intended to identify and address any breaches of internal procedures, with offenders facing prosecution where necessary.

Kakande also announced the establishment of a direct communication channel through which members of the public can seek information and receive immediate assistance regarding the company’s products and business operations.

Additionally, AIM Global plans to expand its community outreach initiatives and public engagement programs aimed at increasing awareness and promoting responsible entrepreneurship.

The company has invited members of the public, government authorities, and aspiring entrepreneurs to visit its official offices and engage directly with authorized representatives to gain a better understanding of its products and business model.

“We remain committed to serving Ugandans with world-class health and wellness products while providing a legitimate platform for entrepreneurship and personal growth,” Kakande said.

The statement comes amid growing public discussion surrounding direct-selling businesses and follows recent media reports that questioned aspects of the company’s operations in Uganda.
