Songwriter Dokta Brain has revealed that one of his biggest dreams is to write a song for veteran singer Bebe Cool, whom he admires for his ability to execute and deliver songs.
Speaking to NRG Radio Uganda, Dokta Brain, who has penned songs for several prominent artists, singled out Bebe Cool as one of the major artistes he has not yet worked with and would love to collaborate with in the future.
“I haven’t worked with Bebe Cool. The only time Bebe Cool sang my lyrics is when he collaborated with Ray Signature because I had written the song for Ray because he wanted a song that vibe-y, but I think he didn’t know it was me who wrote the song. The song is Koona,” Dokta Brain said.
Dokta Brain explained that he particularly admires Bebe Cool’s ability to interpret and execute music, describing him as a good singer whose delivery would perfectly complement his songwriting. He said he would be excited to have the veteran artiste bring one of his pieces to life.
For Dokta Brain, working with Bebe Cool would therefore be more than just another songwriting credit, but an opportunity to see his pen work matched with an artiste he believes has the vocal ability and experience to execute it exceptionally well.
