NBS Television journalist has advised the general public to avoid being picked up by people in drones because if and/or when one is picked up, there is no guarantee that they will be seen again.

This comes in just days after the Minister of Internal Affairs admitted that it was security operatives that were using Toyota Hiace vehicles that have come to be called “Drones” that are picking up people randomly.

Of the many people that have been reportedly been picked up in these drone vehicles, 31 are said to be missing while the minister said the others were arrested and later released.

Although the Security bosses report only about 40 kidnapped people, members of the opposition claim more than 3000 of their supporters have gone missing throughout the elections period and many have not been seen again.

The NBS journalist highlighted that since not even the people in charge of the security of the nation are aware of the operations of these vehicles, nothing can guarantee anybody;s safety but themselves.

He thus advised people to hide and avoid being picked up by people using these drones.
