National Unity Platform’s Hon. Kyagulanyi has been in the spotlight of the Electoral Commission and security bodies for defying the Electoral Commission guidelines, which has even landed him behind bars.
He however, continues to run his rallies normally with many of his party members emphasizing the fact that he doesn’t call the people but they come out to see him and he has nothing to do but to address them when they do.
