Bobi Wine’s “New Uganda” to focus Education on the 4 A’s

The 2021 general elections are right around the corner and with this, all the eleven presidential candidates are traversing the country as they seek to be voted into the country’s biggest office next year.

Kyadondo East member of parliament and National Unit Platform flag bearer who has been traversing the Rwenzori region since he returned from detention in Nalufenya last week and got back to his campaign trail, has this morning noted that the education system will be remodeled to focus on what he termed as the “4 A’s”

The education sector is without a doubt one of those areas that almost all the presidential candidates are focusing on, focusing on remodeling and cleaning up glitches here and there.

While on NBS Tv’smorning breeze this morning, 25th November, 2020, Hon. Kyagulanyi echoed his promise for a “New Uganda” once elected into the big office.

Among the thing his manifesto focusses on is education, which the presidential candidate has highlighted that it will focus on the 4 A’s, which are Academics, Athletics, Arts and Agriculture.

The legislator cited the fact that most of the times when the Ugandan flag has flown high on the world map, it has done so mostly because of Athletics, mentioning the likes of Kiprotich that have represented Uganda at the world stage.

While, speaking about the Arts, Bobi Wine said that if it were not for the “Arts’, he may not have turned out to be the person that he is today and thus putting a little more effort in supporting the Arts will raise many more of his calliber.

Agriculture is the backbone of Uganda’s economy, like many other African countries. Hon. Kyagulanyi has not left that out as well, marking it out and emphasizing the fact that farmers in the “New Uganda” will be as classy and respected as any other professional.
