I am so glad and thankful to Allah that I reconciled with sheik Muzaata – Eddy Kenzo

Renowned singer Edirisa Musuuza alias Eddy Kenzo, said that he was glad and thankful to Allah that he reconciled with Sheik Nuhu Muzaata before his death.

The BET Award winner made the remarks while eulogizing the late vocal Muslim cleric who passed away on December 4th, 2020.

The two had for long been at logger heads after the singer accused the late Sheik of insulting him in front of his daughter during the introduction ceremony of his former girlfriend, Rema Namakula who is also the mother of his daughter Amal

At the ceremony, Muzaata sarcastically accused Kenzo of being a “semyekozo” who failed to show seriousness in taking their love affairs to the next level when he failed to marry Rema officially.

Kenzo, then blamed Muzaata for humiliating him before his innocent daughter, Amal.

At an introduction function that took place in Masaka a few months ago, however, Kenzo met Muzaata and the two buried the hatchet.

In his condolence message after Muzaata’s death, Kenzo said his heart is at peace after the successful reconciliation.

“Innalilah wainalilah raju’un. It so sad for the loss of Sheikh Nuhu Muzaata, I ask almighty Allah to console the family and every Ugandan. I am so glad and thankful to Allah who enabled me to reconcile with sheik Muzaata. May Allah be please with your soul until we meet again,” Kenzo said.

Sheik Muzaata passed on December 4th at International Hospital Kampala (IHK) where he had been hospitalised for a fortnight and was buried yesterday, Saturday December 5th, 2020 at Kigogwa village of Gombe division in Nansana municipality, Wakiso district.
