Jose Chameleone Endorses Bobi Wine For Presidency

Singer who turned Politician Joseph Mayanja alias Jose Chameleon has publicly declared his approval and support for Bobi Wine (Robert Kyagulanyi) ahead of Presidential Elections.

The endorsement comes days to Presidential Elections due January 14, 2021.

Chameleone, who is also running for Kampala Mayorship, posted Bobi Wine’s poster alongside his, on Sunday, via his official pages.

The post has since been met with highly positive reviews.

“Good decision”, “Great combination of leaders” read some of the comments on the post.

Bobi Wine seeks to topple incumbent President Museveni who has overstayed in Power since 1986.

Democratic Party’s Norbert Mao, former Security Minister Henry Tumukunde, former army commander Mugisha Muntu, FDC’s Patrick Amuriat Oboi, John Katumba and Nancy Linda Kalembe are some of the other candidates.

It should be remembered that Chameleon was not endorsed by Bobi Wine (National Unity Platform) for Mayorship when the party opted for Hon. Latif Ssebagala who was later replaced for Nabilah Naggayi.

Chameleone is a renown Museveni supporter after he, alongside other musicians, released a campaign ‘Tubonga Naawe’ song for NRM campaigns in 2016.

Chameleone, Bebe Cool and Bobi Wine have held musical beef since they hit the stage in early 2000s.
