Kawempe North Member of Parliament Ssegirinya Muhammad has opened up on what he will do in his first 100 days in Parliament.
He said all this yesterday after he took the oath to represent his people of Kawempe North that voted him.
Ssegirinya said in whatever he is doing, he is doing it for his people therefore he is going to dedicated the money that will be given to him by government to buy a car to suffering women and children in Kawempe North.
“In my first 100 days in parliament am going to give suffering women and young children in Kawempe North using the money hat will be given to me by government to buy a car” Ssegirinya noted.
It’s so rare to hear such a statement from the new elected Members of Parliament. They always use their first 100 days in parliament to buy new clothes, cars and many other things commonly called ‘Kwekubako enfufu’ meaning to clean up yourself so that you fit in the environment.
Ssegirinya said he is still sick but he is going to make sure he goes to parliament to give out the views of his constituency.
It should be noted that Ssegirinya has been working for his people even before he was voted to officially work for them through parliament.
