Judiciary Spokesperson Jameson Karemani revealed that the Supreme Court will not be able to accommodate another presidential election petition or allow the inheritance of the Kyagulanyi petition by a third party.

While speaking to NBS television the Judiciary Spokesperson, revealed the reason for not ready to accommodate another presidential election petition saying they don’t have enough time.

“The supreme Court will not be able to accommodate another presidential election petition simply because we don’t have time.” James Karemani noted.

This comes after one of the presidential candidate, Willy Mayambala wrote to court asking them for an advice on how to inherit the Kyagulanyi Petition.

But according to James Karemani, there are no hopes for the candidate Willy Mayambala to succeed in his inheritance of Kyagulanyi’s Petition.
