National Unity Platform (NUP) presidential candidate Hon. Kyagulanyi Sentamu alias Bobi Wine has lashed back at the first son and Commander of the Special Forces Command, Lt Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba over statements he made on Twitter.
Lt Gen Muhoozi had earlier made demeaning and tribalistic comments about Bobi Wine calling him a wannabe soldier for wearing red clothes from head to toe. He also asked what Bobi Wine had ever won to deserve to be called “Musinguzi” a statement that sent the Internet buzzing.
The tweets were later deleted but they had already circulated and screenshots taken and shared via various social media platforms.
Bobi Wine retaliated that Muhoozi deleted the tweets after waking up from a drunken stupor.
Bibi Wine added that despite many Ugandans mocking the SFC boss, what is more worrying is that Muhoozi and his colleagues are the people with guns and in charge of the security of the country.
In response to what he has achieved to deserve to be called “Musinguzi”, Bobi Wine responded to the first son by calling him an insult to the nation and an embarrassment to the decent men and women in uniform.
A seemingly angry Kyagulanyi also added that the criminals that Muhoozi commands to kill and torture citizens will not have him and his father (President Museveni) when the citizens rise up to defend themselves.
