Juliana Kanyomozi has revealed that her enduring presence in the music industry is a result of dedication to her craft and not attention-seeking tactics often associated with the entertainment world.

While appearing on The Deep Talk on Galaxy TV, Juliana said she has built her career by focusing on releasing music that resonates with listeners. She noted that throughout her journey in the industry, she has never found it necessary to create scandals or engage in publicity gimmicks to remain in the public eye.

The songstress acknowledged that some artists turn to controversial acts to generate buzz around their careers, explaining that the pressure to stand out in a crowded industry can sometimes push people in that direction.

She said she does not judge those who choose that path because the entertainment space often rewards visibility and constant attention.

Juliana also reflected on a past incident in which she was accused of taking ownership of a song that allegedly belonged to someone else. She explained that the claims were unfounded since the song had been written by renowned songwriter Sylver Kyagulanyi.

According to her, it later became apparent that the accusations were aimed at attracting public attention through her name.

Despite such experiences, Juliana said she has remained committed to professionalism and letting her music speak for itself. She believes consistency, authenticity, and quality work have been the key ingredients behind her longevity and continued success in Uganda’s music industry.
