Kampala’s nightlife is set for another major party as Serendipity Street Party returns on September 13, 2026, at Guvnor Streetside with a Caribbean-themed edition dubbed ‘Summer Splash.’
The event will transform Guvnor Street into a tropical island experience, celebrating Dancehall and Jamaican culture while bringing a unique Caribbean vibe to Kampala’s nightlife.
The September edition will also serve as a summer-closing celebration for the diaspora community, with organisers promising an exciting mix of music, entertainment and immersive experiences.
Serendipity Street Party has previously hosted top regional and international acts including Mike Kayihura, Kivumbi, Bruce Melodie and South African DJ Leehleza, alongside some of Uganda’s finest talent.
Organisers have already released a teaser poster featuring the silhouette of a mystery headline act, keeping the artist’s identity under wraps for now. A lineup of top Ugandan DJs is also expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

Gate charges, partnership packages and more event details will be revealed at a later date.
The ‘Summer Splash’ edition is expected to be another big night on Kampala’s entertainment calendar, blending Caribbean sounds, Jamaican culture and the city’s energetic nightlife scene.
