Ugandan singer Maro has confirmed that Zambian musician General Ozzy will perform at his long-awaited concert, The Great Maro Concert, scheduled for December 4, 2026, at UMA Multipurpose Hall in Kampala.
Maro announced the collaboration on X on November 3, describing General Ozzy as a friend and an artist he greatly admires.
On November 4, he shared a video message from the Zambian star confirming his appearance. General Ozzy also referenced the phrase “Zambia ku kyalo!” while announcing his participation.
The concert is one of Maro’s long-awaited live shows after an earlier postponement. General Ozzy, also known as the 5 Star General, is expected to bring a Zambian flavour to the Kampala event.
The announcement adds a regional dimension to the concert as Maro prepares to welcome fans for his December performance.
