Media icon Once she got a job with NTV Uganda during the COVID-19 period, Etania Mutoni—also known as the life of the party—started to gain widespread recognition.
NBS and NTV Uganda both approached Etania about a position, but she decided to accept the offer from NTV because it was her familiar place.
At Serena-based Television, she received a higher offer and had a large number of friends there.
“During the COVID-19 times, there was quite a competition of entertainment shows on NTV and NBS. Both of them approached me for the job, but I chose NTV and started training for a few weeks. After that, I was on set and did an amazing job,” she said in an interview with a local television station.
Etania continues, “It opened up a lot of doors for me. I got hired to host parties and events at bars all over town.”Etania is employed at NRG Radio at the moment.
