Cindy Sanyu Reveals Fitness Secrets Behind Her Post-Motherhood Body

After an energetic performance at Shades of Kampala on Wednesday night, singer Cindy Sanyu opened up about the effort she has put into maintaining her physique after becoming a mother.

Speaking to fans, Cindy was asked what keeps her looking fit and youthful despite having given birth. In response, the self-styled “King Herself” explained that her fitness journey began shortly after the birth of her youngest child, Josiah, who is now three years old.

You guys know my youngest baby is three years old, yeah? My son is called Josiah and he’s three years old now, so that means that I have been on this journey for three years,” Cindy said.

She revealed that she committed herself to regular exercise, hitting the gym frequently as part of her weight-loss and fitness routine.

The singer added that she works out about four times a week and also incorporated other methods into her transformation journey.

According to Cindy, she started using a product called Pezo Mega and later sought professional help from a health clinic, where she received injections aimed at reducing excess fat around her waist and back.
